Adults: Treatment records are kept for a period of 8 years from the date of your last appointment.
Children: Records are kept until they reach the age of 25.

Our software programmes are protected with antivirus/malware/security systems which are constantly updated to meet any new cyber threats.
Paper documents are stored in a locked case in a locked room, and electronic documentation is securely stored on a computer under a password-protected system.
Regular security audits and encryption are used to ensure data protection.
